SFU-FH Health Research Institute
The SFU–Fraser Health Research Institute connects healthcare, science, innovation, and research to accelerate the co-development and evaluation of solutions that improve patient outcomes, support the health and well-being of healthcare workers, and strengthen the long-term sustainability of health systems.
Partnering for better health
The Institute will play a pivotal role in transforming the Â鶹ÊÓƵand FH experience for students, faculty, and staff by fostering an innovative, interdisciplinary, and inclusive research environment. Research embedded in healthcare settings provides relevant training, improved research and health outcomes, and better job satisfaction.
Embedding research in Fraser Health is essential for more equitable access to advancements in healthcare, clinical trials, and new treatments that disproportionately benefit those close to research centers and teaching hospitals.
