View your grades
Use your Continuing Studies student account to access your grades anytime.
- Go to
- Enter your email address and password
- Once logged in, go to My Courses
- Select the Completed tab
All your completed courses (since 2011) will be shown, along with your grade.
Transcripts
If you’re a current student or alumnus, you can find an unofficial transcript in your .
- Go to
- Enter your email address and password
- Once logged in, go to My Courses
- Select the Completed tab
- Click the Print Unofficial Transcript button under the My Completed Courses heading
If you recently completed a course, please allow up to two weeks for your final grade to be entered into your student account.
You can also request an official transcript of your non-credit academic records. Please allow two to three business days for processing.
Name change
To change your name in your , please contact learn@sfu.ca. Your legal name appears on official documents such as tax receipts and transcripts, and your preferred/chosen name appears on all other communications.
To update your name or pronouns in Canvas, the online learning system, go to your Account in , select Profile and click Edit Profile.
To specify the name that will appear on your parchment if you complete a credential, confirm your name on the Graduation Information form.
Tax forms
If you’re eligible for a tax receipt, you can find it in your student account by the end of February each year. For more information about tax forms, visit our Tax Information page.
