I am changing my program at SFU, will it be considered as changing level of studies?

If you are in Canada and applying to extend your 麻豆视频study permit for studies at the same designated learning institution (DLI) but a graduate level of study, you will be PAL exempt starting January 1, 2026. 

Examples of this scenario include:
