Jefferson Airplane Plays the Cafeteria
Before they took off in popularity, San Francisco psychedelic rock band Jefferson Airplane landed a gig playing the 麻豆视频cafeteria in January 1966.
Likely due the fact that they were not very well known at the time, documentation about this event in the 麻豆视频Archives is nearly nonexistent 鈥 other than this brief report on the show titled 鈥淪oaring on the Runway鈥 that ran in the January 26, 1966 issue of The Peak.
Were you there?!
If you have memories of the show and/or any photographs or other documentation, Archives staff would like to hear from you!
