Guilherme holds a PhD in Water Resources and Environmental Sanitation, a MASc degree in Electrical Engineering and a BSc degree in Energy Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. His research focuses on power system modelling, analysis, and optimization.
